Ceremonies around the world

The ceremonies differ from country to another and sometimes from area to area in the same country.
There are a lot of times people make Celebrations like wedding , Feasts , and special days … etc
In my topic I will talk about wedding , feast of al-Fitr , feast of al-Adha , Easter festival and finally mother’s day.

Wedding is consider one of an important festival in all over the world and through the ages and differ from area to another . we will see some of ways to celebrate wedding.
In Indonesia in wedding day the father of bride carry her from her house to his Groom house .
In African tribe Jubis bride is forced to bored her tongue to not be a talkative and then put a ring on it with a tall line and his husband catch this line if she talk a lot he pull this line .
In south India the bride test her groom with a diffcult test :
They go to the forest and make a fire and she Cauterizes his back
If he stand that she love him if not she refuse him and tell all girls in the area that he can’t stand the test .

Muslim have two religious feasts : feast of al-Adha , and feast of al-Fitr . first we will talk about feast of al-fitr and how people celebrate it in many different areas .
In Egypt at the end of Ramadan people make some types of sweets like Bagel , and Biscuits .and the day of the feast children wear a new clothes and go to Mosques to pray then they go to their relatives and take money from them .
In China muslim wake up very early and go to the family house and make their prays there and after that they distribute sweets to the children .
In Nigeria people wear anew clothes and visit their relatives and it consider Season of marriage.
In Pakistan rich people visit poor people and give them money . and people Decorate the streets and singing to celebrate as a type of Folklore.

feast of al-Adha is the second feast muslim celebrate .
in china people make a game called Kidnapping of sheep after that they read Blessings and then the eldest one in the family Slaughter the cheep .
in Yemen children Set fire and Blow up explosives-optic and run through street and say Cheers
now we will talk about festival held in Egypt only called Easter festival . it is a Pharaonic feast on it people eat at morning Colored eggs and in the Lunch they eat some types of fish specially Salty fish with green Onion , Lettuce , and some kinds of green Vegetables .
finally we will talk about one of special days : mother’s day.
first mother’s day ,
in Portugal and Spain they celebrate with it in 8 december Church-related celebration to focus on paying homage to Our Lady, as a day for celebration of mothers in general .
in france they celebrate at the last Sunday of may
and celebrated as a holiday for the birth family, and bypass all the members of the family members around the table for dinner and at the end of the meal they make cake for the mother.
